From caber tossing to fish and chips, Scotch eggs, and festival favorites, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

Discover the West Virginia Highland Games!

Held at Camp Pioneer in Beverly, West Virginia, this exciting festival brings together the energy of the Highland Games with a warm, family-friendly atmosphere—and marks the first year for our new Clan Forsyth hosts!

Enjoy traditional athletic events like caber toss, stone throw, and hammer throw, a festive Kilted 5K run, and a lively Clan Village with over 25 clans sharing their heritage. Throughout the day, take in live music from bands like Poehemia, Kilmaine Saints, Waking Finnegan, Starfire Entertainment, and Kinnfolk, along with dance performances and special appearances.

Meet Celtic animals, explore the Kids’ Corner filled with fun activities, and experience a full day of Scottish culture and community.

Be sure to stop by the Clan Forsyth tent and welcome our new hosts! Society members are encouraged to co-host for an hour or so—helping give our hosts a well-deserved break while sharing our heritage together.

Nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains, just off the Blue Ridge Parkway and beside Grandfather Mountain, this beloved event brings together the sights, sounds, and spirit of Scotland. Enjoy live Celtic music, traditional Highland competitions, hearty Scottish foods, and a wide array of Celtic vendors in a truly breathtaking setting.

If you’re attending, we hope you’ll look for the Clan Forsyth tent! Society members are invited to spend an hour co-hosting—offering a helping hand while sharing our heritage with others.
